iGen Poetry is a unique luxury villa located in Kakkanad, Kochi with proximity to Infopark (5.5km), Lulu Mall (7.6km), Airport (18km), schools, colleges, supermarkets, restaurants, etc. This house is located in an area surrounded by greenery, walkways, and natural beauty.
Through this creation, we tried to redefine luxury which is well-integrat- ed with nature. Very spacious and well-ventilated rooms, open balcony, front and back courtyards, Landscape just an extension of the sur- rounding greenery.

The project was designed by the Centre for Sustainable Built & Natural En- vironment (CSBNE), a renowned international Architecture, Masterplan- ning, and Interior Design Studio, under the leadership of Prof. Eugene Pan- dala and Directors Ar. Ajay Abey and Ar. Tara Pandala. This residence em- bodies a harmonious fusion of contemporary living and timeless tradition- al aesthetics. Meticulous planning was employed to embrace stunning vistas while incorporating nostalgic traditional elements.
